Neura: a GenAI agent in AXON Networks' products

Context

AXON Networks’ orchestration platform turns high-volume network telemetry into operational insight in real time. That live data is exactly what a GenAI agent needs to be useful in an operational setting: rather than answering from a stale snapshot, it can reason over what the network is doing now. The opportunity was to put such an agent inside the product itself.

What I did

I set up the team and built Neura, a GenAI agent embedded into AXON Networks’ products, working on top of the real-time telemetry the platform already produces. I brought it into pre-sales as well, using it to show prospects what agent-based, AI-driven operation looks like on their own data rather than as a slide. It built on the AI/ML capability and the real-time pipelines we had stood up for the platform.

Outcome

AXON Networks has a GenAI agent in its products and a team building it forward, and a concrete way to show the AI story to customers in pre-sales. It is the leading edge of the move from a modern engineering setup toward AI-driven operations.
